Every new season brings with it the promise of a wardrobe overhaul! Despite Pantone announcing coral as the color of the year for 2019, there are additional colors that are sure to dominate in fashion and design, setting the trends for the year ahead. Here are five color trends you can expect to see in 2019.

Lime Green

As worn by Ciara (see photo above) as well as Adrienne Bailon Houghton, lime green is definitely a spring fashion color to look forward to. It's bright, cheerful, playful and it's also a staple that you can include in your wardrobe for the spring 2019 fashion season.

Designers like Christian Cowan and Christian Siriano has included lime green in their collection for the spring summer season.

Lemon Verbena

This sunny color has definitely been revamped this year with a particularly saturated zingy twist. Think of farmers market lemons or maybe a yellow post-it note. Designers like Christian Siriano and Dice Kayek included this vibrant hue into their spring summer 19' collections. Hello yellow!

Dusty Rose

Dusty rose is a more grown up version of pink which never goes out of style. Play russian roulette with blush, mauve, and baby pink in the color wheel. Think pink as in baby's breaths or peonies with a soft, delicate touch, which is a more sweet and innocent play on pink designers like Balmain and Laquan Smith. These designer have taken us back with this nostalgic shade of pink.

Beige

Okay, so technically this color trend isn't really a color at all with the influx of Earth tone and flesh tone. But, one of the chicest spring color trends may actually be far more subtle and a more sophisticated shade than anything else of high saturation. The Blonds NY used beige in their spring fashion show.

George Dereon

Spring fashion is about taking risks which includes stepping outside of your comfort zone and doing things that are out of the normal setting. It's about being rejuvenated and being born again with bright beautiful colors, transitioning from winter to spring fashion.
