Actor Malik Yoba Reveals He is Attracted to Trans Women, Speaks Out Against Murders

Actor Malik Yoba, primarily known for his role in Tyler Perry’s Why Did I Get Married and New York Undercover, recently expressed a strong opinion toward the transgender community.

Yoba stated in an Instagram post, "Trans People Deserve Love And Respect As Do Those Of Us That Love Them! I Love All Women And Count Myself Among Those That Find Themselves Trans Attracted."

Though visibility is gaining, 16 African american trans women have been murdered this year. Yoba decided to share his feelings of trans women as he referenced Marcus Willoughby aka “Reese” recently getting verbally abused for having a girlfriend of transgender experience.

We reported months after that viral video that Reese died of an alleged drug overdose, due to his battle with mental health issues.

The 51 year old has found support within the high profile region with celebrity co-signers such as; Angelica Ross, Isis King and Trina Braxton. To fully stand by his word and decision, Malik announced he will be at The National Trans March On DC, September 28th.
