Jussie Smollett was called to testify in his own defense today on charges for the alleged faux hate-crime attack of January 2019.

Smollett is charged with six counts of disorderly conduct on suspicion of making false police reports. It has been alleged that Smollett orchestrated an anti-gay and racially fueled attack in order to garner sympathy and mass media attention. Smollett has maintained he was not involved in any plot to stage an attack.

Today the former "Empire" star took the stand, dressed in a gray suit and maroon tie, and revealed he met one of the alleged attackers Abimbola Osundairo (aka 'Bon'/'Bola') at a club during season 4 of Empire.

The Chicago Tribune's Jason Meisner reports Smollett and Osundairo visited a bathhouse together in Boystown shortly after meeting where they did drugs together and made out. Jussie went on to disclose what seems to be a closer sexual relationship between Bon and himself.

The second alleged attacker Olabinjo Osundairo met Smollett after guest starring on "Empire", the two exchanged numbers and began to hang out, often smoking together and riding around. Jussie told the court that Olabinjo creeped him out. Last week the court questioned Olabinjo regarding homophobic comments made by him in the past.

Smollett revealed one night after the three left a strip club, Jussie and Bola separated from the other brother and got a private room at a bathhouse again... "we made out a little bit and this time we masturbated together," Jussie recounts.

Last week the Osundairo brothers testified Jussie directed and paid them to facilitate a hate-crime and racist attack for media coverage. The brothers have been crucial components of the prosecution's argument against Smollett.

The case is still ongoing, check back here for updates as they become available.
