There will be a new vouging competiton show coming to HBO called "Legendary", and along with the main host Jameela Jamil, Megan Thee Stallion, and vogue icon Leiomy Maldonado will be on the judge panel for this upcoming competition show. Deshawn Wesley will join as the commentator and DJ MikeQ as the DJ.
Most of the people listed to be on board with the show have some background within the ballroom community. Leiomy Maldonado is known in the ballroom world as one of the biggest performers as well as Deshawn Wesley, better known as the iconic Deshaun Lanvin.
But Megan Thee Stallion and Jameela Jamil do not have a past with the ballroom scene. We previously reported that there was a lot of backlash when HBO originally announced that Jameela will be hosting the show because people felt that she did not deserve to host a voguing competition with no relations to the ballroom community.
Aside from just these judges, there are supposed to be guest judges every week according to the show's main description. "Legendary" will premiere on the new upcoming HBO streaming service, HBO Max. There is no confirmed air date but the streaming service will release in May.
