Vaughn Alvarez, 31, is well known for his work within the LGBTQ+ community and has worked with numerous celebrity icons and public figures such as Brandy, Da Brat, Lemuel Plummer, Tasha Smith and Amiyah Scott to name a few.

The annual awards honors broadcasting, public relations, media, mass communication and journalism icons who have influenced and made significant contributions to the media industry. Celebrated strategic public-relations agency, CR8 Agency, was awarded "Agency of The Year" at the inaugural event.
