Chanel Hudson-O'Connor, C.E.O of PR Mental Network Agency and President of The Che' Production Group adds another duty to her list of expert-tees.

On Tuesday (Nov. 29) Hudson-O'Connor shared the news on her Instagram as Co-Executive Producer of a major crime documentary on Peacock Tv called, "Casey Anthony: Where The Truth Lies" .

This accomplishment makes Hudson-O'Conner the first black Trans woman to step into a leadership role for a crime documentary film beyond acting. As a Co-Executive Producer, Hudson-O'Connor serves as second in command on the staff and gets her own seat at the table to pitch ideas to the TV commissioners and speak freely about legal, financial, and marketing aspects with Peacock Tv, which is known for its streaming service from NBCUniversal.

"As of yesterday, TV HISTORY WAS MADE!!! I am the FIRST transgender woman of color to Executive/ Co- Executive Produce a major crime documentary for TV," Chanel Hudson-O'Connor wrote on Instragram.

Having Peacock Tv accept Hudson-O'Connor as Trans will finally allow her to be her authentic self in the entertainment industry. She spoke with ATL Voyage about having an "impeccable portfolio" but suffered consequences in the past for being transgender.

"The denial and rejection for projects were real. Even though I had every resource and contact possible to deliver top tier results to any client or project, people just were not comfortable with the idea of having a 6’5 transgender non-binary woman spearheading anything publicly… talk about a downer for sure....I had an amazing resume, amazing references, an impeccable portfolio but as Phillip Hudson… such a sad thing to acquire success as someone who you don’t even identify with… it was like living and existing in two separate places."

The new Peacock Tv Series, "Casey Anthony: Where The Truth Lies", will definitely give us the true Hudson-O'Connor as she brings this new documentary to life. The 2022 version will be a remake and more in-depth version of the 2017 original film, "Casey Anthony: An American Murder Mystery."

The 3-part documentary which aired on November 29th of this year is filled with 3 intense episodes. The significance of this new series marks the first time Anthony has spoken out since the death of her 3-year-old daughter. Despite rumors of Anthony being responsible for her child's passing, she was found not guilty of first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse, and aggravated manslaughter in July of 2011.

With the help of the newest Co-Executive Producer, Hudson- O'Connor, Anthony finally tells her side of the story to clear up all the assumptions from the past 13 years.
