They were seen matching from top to bottom in floral purple outfits, with Da Brat sporting a full jogging suit and BB Judy complimenting her jacket with a Dolce & Gabbana sports bra and leggings. Can we say relationship goals?

In the beginning Da Brat admitted to being a little nervous, being a celebrity in all. In the past she kept her sexuality a secret for nearly two decades.

“Now in the beginning, when we were first in New Orleans, we went to eat at Morrow’s. And I was still a little bit nervous because I walked behind the side of the building. And then she came around and she planted one on me. And I was like, ‘Oh my God. You kissed me outside…And then at the ESSENCE Fest, it was just like, You know what? I didn’t care anymore.”

High energy and dope music filled Views Bar & Grill during the couple's VIP watch party for the show's first episode. Party-goers' eyes were hooked to the big screens of “Brat Loves Judy”, even during commericial breaks, which featured BB Judy's very own company Kaleidoscope Hair Products.

BB Judy recently shared on Instagram that the commercials was the "best part" for her.

Fans, friends and family witnessed the love birds navigate their new relationship – from building a new home together and growing their budding careers to couples therapy, dealing with meddling loved ones, and a surprise proposal.

The love didn’t stop there, Xscape singer Kandi Burruss showed up to watch, along with Todd Tucker, Singer Keke Wyatt, Trina Braxton, Sunshine Anderson, Miss Lawrence, Ms. Pooh, Melissa Scott and more!

The production team from Entertainment One (eOne) and Datari Turner Productions were also front row and centered. In addition, Tara Long, Mark Herwick, Gennifer Gardiner and Ben Megargel serving as executive producers for eOne were in attendance, alongside Datari Turner executive producer from Datari Turner Productions, and Meredith Kisgen who also served as showrunner.

“We feel good…It feels good to be able to show the world our love. Hopefully people can relate to what we do and how we move and how we process things and how we conquer things,” Da Brat told Essence.

With great food, drinks, balloons and lights, you can see Da Brat humble as ever right beside her family. The rapper spoke with HipHopDX in a recent phone interview on the dynamic of the new series, “Brat Loves Judy”.

“What I love about this show is that it’s just us, our people and who we’ve decided to put on our show who have real life situations that people can relate to,…My friend and little brother for years, Montana, he and his wife were going through a divorce, their relationship is kind of toxic, so you get to see some of that”

With two successful Black openly gay women serving as Black excellence on network television, the night was undoubtedly a night to remember.
