Pride Month isn’t over until Rihanna says so. On Tuesday The Barbados singer & now fashion designer shared her limited Edition pride collection on Facebook.
According to the Savage Fenty website, a donation of $250,000 from the sale of the June Pride capsule collection will be distributed among five organizations supporting LGBTQIA+ communities. Rihanna will partner with Clara Lionel Foundation & help The Audre Lorde Project, The Caribbean Equality Project, INC., GLAAD, Trans Latin@ Coalition & Trans Wellness Center.
Rihanna spoke with WWD on her effort to show her appreciation to the LGBT community.
“Pride is all about appreciating your authentic self,” Rihanna…I am very excited about this collection and showing love and support to the LGBTQIA+ community, which includes so many of our customers, team members and fans.”
