HBO Max Renews "Legendary" for a Second Season!

Great news, gayes! HBO Max’s hit show “Legendary” was such a success that it has been renewed for Season 2! Since HBO's MAx debut in May, Legendary's first launch has been nothing short of success for all involved.

For those of you who have been living under a rock, “Legendary" is a voguing reality competition that highlights the world of ballroom culture. Different “Houses” compete against each other for the ultimate grand prize of $100,000.

The show's Chief Content Office Kevin Reilly made a statement about the show’s renewal and continued success throughout season one, “We knew we had something special and are proud that critics and audiences alike have embraced the series. Bringing this incredible world back for a second season furthers our commitment to high quality, compelling storytelling.”

Executive producer Rob Eric stated, “Our goal is to continue showcasing the exuberant and dynamic world of ballroom through the omnicultural stories of its most talented houses.”

For the second season, “Legendary” will be moving to Los Angeles, California. Season 1's MC Dashaun Wesley, and judges Leiomy Maldonado, Law Roach, Jameela Jamil, and Megan Thee Stallion will all return for the second season.

Gayes, we couldn’t be more excited! Are you?
