This Christmas witness the largest-ever cast of RuPaul's Drag Race queens in his new comedy movie “The Bitch Who Stole Christmas” Airing on VH1, Dec 2nd of this year at 9pm ET/PT .
According to Them.US, the new Christmas film
Is produced by World Of Wonder, the same production company as RuPaul Drag Race.
The audience will witness A workaholic journalist who is sent to a Christmas-obsessed town for a story. She soon finds herself in the middle of mean & green housewives, a fancy 'Winter Ball' competition, and a naughty plot that could destroy Christmas fore-evah !
The cast will include 20 familiar faces from the drag world like Ginger Minj, Brooke Lynn Hytes, Latrice Royale and more . Along with some of RuPaul’s Drag Race co-hosts Michelle Visage, Carson Kressley, Ross Mathews, and the list goes on and on this Christmas.
RuPaul spoke with NPR news on drag & what fans can expect…
"Our goal is to have fun and celebrate the art of drag…If other people can get something out of it or get enlightened from it — right on, ladykins. But our first objective is to have fun and to entertain…. The cast is an ensemble. We want to represent as many of those genres as possible….These are the girls who continue to be on the tips of everyone's consciousness, on the tips of everyone's tongues.
And at the tip of the tongue it will be ! Because fans are still talking about RuPauls 1st Christmas special from 2018, RuPaul's Drag Race Holi-Slay Spectacular.
During The film, he brought back eight fan favorites to compete for the title of America's first "Drag Race Xmas Queen." But this year It’s giving original Christmas flick & The producer, Randy Barbato, could agree.
“There are 1000 Christmas movies this year, but only one with DRAG QUEENS! Christmas will never be the same!”
It’s safe to say that RuPaul and his queens are ready to sleigh the holiday season yet again.
