Singer K.Michelle Starrs In New Lifetime Series To Help Patients Who’s Cosmetics Surgery Went Wrong

With the number of cosmetic surgeries on the rise, Singer K.Michelle is turning her lemons into lemonade.


According to Lifetime, The singer is teaming up with women and men across the globe to help them get through their dark side of cosmetic surgery. An experience she know all to well.


“My Killer Body With K.Michelle” official Trailer hit YouTube on Sunday with over 1.2k views already. The series is set to premiere February 3rd of this year at 9pm/8 CST on Lifetime, with an additional sneak peak on January 28th at 10pm CST.

The 2 minute and 37 second Lifetime trailer showcases the singer in her most vulnerable moments, yet she is no stranger to reality tv.


In 2012, K.Michelle was cast on the reality tv show Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta, where viewers first seen her cosmetic surgery. For 5 years the singer was painless & glad to look like women she looked up to on Social Media, until 2017.

“When I found out my favorite rapper did it [ hydrogel' injections] that's when I decided, 'I'm getting it done.'"

According to Insider, Michelle started experiencing symptoms that she couldn’t explain of migraines, fatigue and pain in her back and legs.

“It’s the scariest thing in life, and I’m a tough girl…I had these lumps and I was very disfigured…it was damaging my tissues & threatening my health.”


People Network shared that removing most of the silicone from her derriere, took at least two blood transfusions and two surgeries to remove dead tissue.

Believe it or not, K.Michelle is one of the 1st celebrities to opening discuss the struggles of cosmetic surgery and how it almost ended the R&B star’s life.

“I’ve gone through a physical transformation, a mental transformation, I think I’m more tough…I’ve always been a fighter and able to survive but it’s made me pay attention to other people around me and all the things I take for granted.
