Renowned house DJ Honey Dijon and Ts Madison have become the first two out trans people to chart in the Top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100!

Due to Beyoncé crediting Ts Madison on “Cozy” and Honey Dijon for “Alien Superstar” on her seventh studio album Renaissance, the duo helped the trans community make history on Billboard.

As we previously reported, Ts Madison gave Beyoncé a heartfelt thank you for not only giving her proper writing credits for using her voice on “Cozy” but also offering a residual percentage to profit from the song.

Chicago house DJ Honey Dijon, known for her decade long work DJing and musical production was given writing credits for helping to produce both “Cozy” and “Alien Superstar”.

According to Billboard, all 16 songs from Beyoncé’s album charted on the their latest Hot 100 list (dated Aug. 13).

“Alien Superstar” charted No. 19 and Cozy charted No. 30. Beyoncé’s “Break My Soul” ft. Big Freedia debuted at No. 1.

Congratulations are certainly in order! An even bigger thanks goes to Beyoncé for making room for everyone to eat. This is what LGBTQ+ allyship looks like at its pinnacle.
