The No Homo Show, hosted by Atlanta’s ‘hottest lesbian duo’ Bo$$ Britt and DJ eXeL, has officially signed a distribution deal with iHeartMedia and Charlamagne Tha God’s Black Effect Podcast Network, cementing a major milestone for the LGBTQ+ podcast as it approaches its fourth anniversary and 200th episode.
Boss Britt and DJ eXeL announced the news Monday in a video on their official Instagram page, revealing that the partnership has been years in the making.
The two long-time friends and hosts shared that they attended the Black Effect Podcast Festival two years ago with one goal in mind. Pitch their podcast! The duo came prepared with enormous signs that announced their intention, ultimately landing them an invite back stage. When they crossed paths with Charlamagne Tha God, they took their chance and pitched The No Homo Show to him on the spot.
Two years later, that pitch has officially paid off. The show is now distributed through the Black Effect Podcast Network and IHeartPodcasts, expanding its reach through one of the most prominent Black-led podcast networks in the country, alongside notables podcasts such as Carlos King’s Reality with the King, Tank’s R&B Money, and Pour Minds.

In an exclusive statement provided to Gaye Magazine, Boss Britt and DJ eXeL reflected on the journey and what the deal means for them as Black LGBTQ+ creators.
“We are so excited to be on the Black Effect Podcast Network! This has not been an easy journey, but we are thankful for every step of the way! The timing feels perfect as we reach our 4 year anniversary & 200th episode, everything feels aligned!“
“This is especially important as an LGBTQ platform because we often feel overseen! We are thankful Black Effect has given us this opportunity & we ask for the communities support because our voice matters!”

The partnership comes at a fitting moment for a show Boss Britt and DJ eXeL have spent years building from the ground up.
Launched in 2022, The No Homo Show has carved out its own lane with candid, often hilarious and thought-provoking conversations centered around LGBTQ+ culture, dating, relationships, friendships and everyday life — all through the lens of its lesbian hosts.
The show has also welcomed guests to unpack their own experiences with sexuality, relationships, identity and culture. Its official description bills the podcast as an unfiltered space discussing everything from dating and friendships to other LGBTQIA+ communities, with Boss Britt and DJ eXeL bringing their personal stories and differing perspectives into the conversation.
But The No Homo Show has grown beyond the podcast studio. Boss Britt and DJ eXeL have become recognizable figures within Atlanta’s Black LGBTQ+ nightlife and entertainment scene, while taking their brand to audiences outside of the city. In 2024, the duo took The No Homo Show on a national live tour, which their official website describes as sold out.
Their latest deal puts the podcast under an even larger umbrella while maintaining something particularly significant: Black queer voices telling Black queer stories.
The Black Effect Podcast Network was launched by Charlamagne Tha God in partnership with iHeartMedia with a focus on amplifying Black voices across podcasting. For The No Homo Show, joining the network creates an opportunity for Boss Britt and DJ eXeL’s distinctly Black lesbian perspective to reach an even broader audience.
The No Homo Show is available to stream for free through the iHeartRadio app and other major podcast platforms.
