POSH by Exec Eventz is expanding its global footprint in 2026, announcing a new tour that blends nightlife, travel and cultural gathering while calling for deeper collaboration with influencers, promoters and brands who prioritize community impact over visibility alone.
The POSH 2026 Tour will span major U.S. cities and international destinations, including London and Paris, continuing the brand’s steady rise as a curator of elevated LGBTQIA+ experiences. Organizers say the upcoming year reflects intentional growth following a breakout period for the brand, with a focus on moments that hold cultural and historical meaning for queer communities.
Rather than operating as a standard party circuit, the 2026 tour is deliberately aligned with Pride celebrations and culturally significant weekends such as Caribana and Art Basel. The goal, according to the announcement, is to meet people where they already gather, and to add depth, cohesion and shared memory to those moments.

Founded as a global lifestyle and events platform, POSH by Exec Eventz has become known for collaborating with local communities to create spaces that feel both celebratory and grounded. Organizers emphasize that POSH’s growth is guided less by scale and more by intention.
A major anchor of the 2026 calendar is the return of POSH PVR, the brand’s only destination getaway. The four-day experience is scheduled for July 24–27, 2026, in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, a city long regarded as a global hub for LGBTQIA+ travel. POSH PVR is designed as a fully curated experience that brings together attendees from around the world for connection, celebration and cultural exchange in one place.

Unlike traditional travel parties, POSH PVR is positioned as an immersive gathering, blending nightlife with community-building and shared ritual. Organizers say the event reflects the brand’s broader vision: creating environments where people can connect beyond the dance floor, while still honoring joy and release as essential parts of queer life.
“POSH is a party with a purpose,” Jay Isak, CEO of Exec Eventz exclusively tells us.
“We’ve partnered with Rainbow Railroad, an organization dedicated to helping LGBTQ+ people escape violence and persecution in their home countries and reach safety. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to advance their mission and resources.”
As the tour expands, POSH is also rethinking how it collaborates with creators. The brand is actively inviting influencers and artists who “lead with impact,” signaling a move away from partnerships driven primarily by follower counts. Instead, POSH says it is seeking collaborators who genuinely move culture, cultivate community and align with its values of inclusion, care and intentionality.
This approach mirrors a broader shift within LGBTQIA+ spaces, where authenticity and accountability are increasingly valued over surface-level visibility. POSH organizers say creators who understand their communities, and are trusted within them, are central to sustaining meaningful experiences.

In addition to influencers, POSH is opening the door to collaboration with promoters worldwide. Acknowledging that Pride and cultural weekends are often already thoughtfully curated by local organizers, POSH aims to work alongside existing efforts rather than replace them. The intent is to create cohesive programming across a weekend, offering guests multiple touchpoints and experiences that feel interconnected and locally rooted.
The brand is also seeking sponsors and brand partners interested in supporting what it describes as a global movement centered on visibility, culture and shared experience. Organizers say these partnerships are key to maintaining production quality while expanding access and reach.
Additional tour details, including ticketing and city announcements, will be released throughout the year. Updates and inquiries are available through @execeventz on Instagram or via email at info@execeventz.com.
As POSH looks toward 2026, the message is clear, which is that growth is not just about going bigger, but about going deeper. In an era when LGBTQIA+ spaces face both commercialization and political pressure, POSH positions itself as a reminder that gathering, when done with care, remains a powerful act of culture, visibility and collective affirmation.
