Baltimore’s Pride season is getting a major glow up this year. One of the nation’s fastest-growing LGBTQIA+ event brands is officially joining forces with one of the city’s biggest cultural institutions to create what could become one of the standout Pride kickoffs of the summer.

Create Baltimore and POSH Exec Eventz have announced their first-ever partnership for the Artscape Presents: POSH Pride Kickoff Party, a free celebration designed to officially launch Baltimore Pride festivities during Artscape weekend.

Set to take place Saturday, May 23, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the iconic M&T Bank Stadium, the event promises an energetic mix of music, cocktails, food, art, and community-centered activations that reflect the spirit and diversity of Baltimore’s LGBTQ+ culture.

The collaboration marks a significant moment for POSH Exec Eventz, which has rapidly expanded its presence across the country and internationally through curated event experiences, destination events, and large-scale celebrations tailored to LGBTQ+ audiences.

“Baltimore has incredible energy and this partnership felt aligned from the start,” said Jay Isak, CEO of Exec Eventz. “To be able to partner with Create Baltimore and produce a free Pride kickoff event at M&T Bank Stadium is a major moment for us. POSH has always been about creating elevated, inclusive experiences that bring people together, and we’re excited to help launch Pride season in Baltimore in a big way.”

Attendees can expect DJs, curated activations, and immersive experiences designed to blend Artscape’s creative atmosphere with POSH’s signature  energy. The event will serve as both a celebration of Pride and an extension of Artscape’s ongoing mission to spotlight Baltimore’s vibrant artistic community.

“Artscape has always been about creating spaces where Baltimore’s full creative spirit can be seen, celebrated, and amplified,” said Ja-Mel Johnson, COO of Create Baltimore. “Our collaboration with POSH Exec Eventz and M&T Bank Stadium for this year’s Pride celebration reflects our commitment to producing experiences that are bold, inclusive, joyful, and unmistakably Baltimore.”

Johnson added that the partnership aims to honor LGBTQ+ culture while bringing together art, music, and community at one of the city’s most recognizable venues during one of its biggest cultural weekends.

Over the last several years, POSH Exec Eventz has become known for creating destination-style experiences that center Black queer joy and connection. The brand has hosted events in cities including Paris, London, Toronto, New York City, Miami, Atlanta, Washington, and Puerto Vallarta, with Baltimore now joining the growing list.

As Pride celebrations continue evolving into larger cultural moments that blend entertainment, activism, and community building, the Artscape Presents: POSH Pride Kickoff Party appears poised to set the tone for Baltimore’s Pride season in a major way.
